Hi everyone, I hope you guys have read my previous post on Weight-Loss .. If not Read – 86 Kgs to 70 Kgs and then get back to this post 🙂
I continue with my Experience ..
As I became 78 kgs from 86 kgs in the month of February that was due to Depression, Lack Of Appetite and I was just in a stage of Euthanasia 🙁
Mummy saw a difference on my Face , Shoulders and Lower Body . If I loose weight I immediately loose on my Lower Body.
My statistics when I was 86 Kgs was 40 – 38 – 38 .
I started scrutinising myself and saw a glow on my face (smile) 🙂 My Bra had gotten Loose 🙂 My track pant was falling 😛 and lots more changes. Some family friends came to see this poor unwell babe 🙂 and they were glad to see me and was very happy with some shredding of flesh from my body 😛 They congratulated me immediately and I was actually thrilled 🙂 That’s when I started getting more motivated to loose weight 🙂 I was fluctuating between 76-78 kgs in March,April ,May , June .
Exercise became a major part of my Life . As I was loosing more weight , skin started sagging and getting loose 🙁 Toning was a must. I started massaging my skin daily with —- Almond ( Badam ) Saffron ( Kesar) oil for face and body
I don’t recommend Gym to anyone ,as all my Life I have been Gyming and I have only gained Muscles and looked like a well toned Mr. Maharashtra :p
As my Upper Body develops Muscles too fast 🙁
So gym was Out of the Question.
- I started with walks then climbs (6-8 kms daily).
- 50 skipping once a week.
- Earlier I used to do 100 in a minute daily,but now I wasn’t so confident.
- Tummy and breathing exercises daily .
- Little of Power Yoga.
Doing some House Hold Chores also helps You and Even Your Mummy 🙂
As for Diet it was the same with lots of Green tea 🙂
In the beginning when I started Loosing weight , people thought I was loosing the glow from my face. That’s just because everyone has seen me all my Life as a Chubby and a piece of glowing fatty 😛 I had been told several times by my family and friends ‘ STOP LOOSING WEIGHT , IT’S ENOUGH’ . This motivated me to loose more weight 😛
There was this day when My Mummy didn’t recognise me and she was like ‘oh poor baby you can’t be my daughter :P’
My skin wasn’t glowing and it was just dull 😛
But how much time does it take to groom yourself 😉
WHAT MOTIVATED ME TO LOOSE MORE WEIGHT ?
- When family and friends was surprised to see me .
- The thrill in their eyes .
- The thrill in my eyes to see the thrill in their eyes 😛
- Congratulations a ton times 😛
- When old clothes started fitting me .
- Pouring Compliments
- Old Crushes getting back 😛
- My lack of greed to eat Junk 😛
- My Apa harping to loose more weight 😛
So I continued My Journey and decided to come down to 60 kgs.
July – I became 75 kgs
September – I was fluctuating between 73-75 kgs.
October – I was stuck at 72 kgs and gradually I got a little strict and reached 71 kgs 🙂
November – Stuck at 70 Kgs wooohooo
POINTS TO REMEMBER
- If you want to eat something what’s kept on the table or fridge which you are not meant to eat , don’t feel sick just looking at it .The more you look at it and stop yourself ,the more you are going to feel sick. Just go grab a bite and be happy.
- A Bite and not too many BITES 🙂
- During your Weight-Loss Phase you at times reach at a point where you don’t wanna care and just hog , but that really doesn’t help in the long run , so refrain from this FOOD DEVIL 😛
- Avoid late night binging.
- If you tend to get hungry late night , eat few dry fruits or fruits which is good for your Blood Group , I eat Prunes,Plumps, Walnuts and Hazelnuts.
- Avoid looking at yourself a week prior to periods and during periods because we tend to swell 🙁 DONT CHECK WEIGHT TOO.
- Reduce intake of salt If you can during this Period .
- Get minimum sleep of 7 hrs.
- Avoid sleeping in the Afternoon.
- Take as much as fluids you can. I love my Green Tea/Barley Water and nothing else 🙂
- Early to bed, Early to Rise makes you super SEXY 😛
After eating JUNK or A HEAVY MEAL –
- Don’t think over it again and again and feel sad , this leads to unnecessary anxiety.
- Don’t check your weight immediately or the next day after eating Heavy meal or Junk .
- After 2 days check your weight and be happy 🙂 thats if you stop with your greed 🙂
- Don’t check your weight after 12.00 pm.
- Once you get up in the morning , go to the loo , empty your Bladder and Poo and then go and check your weight 🙂
- Then have a Glass of Warm Water with a squeeze of Lime and Honey/ Warm Green Tea/ Warm Barley Water and start your day 🙂
TOPMOST ADVICE STAY HAPPY BY LISTENING TO YOUR HEART AND HEAD AND NO ONE ELSE . ONLY YOU CAN MAKE YOUR SELF HAPPY.
EAT RIGHT BECAUSE IT SHOWS ON YOUR SKIN AND BODY 😉
