Hello My Super Babies , today I experimented with a veg dish and trust me it came out just too too good. My whole family loved it to the core. It was not only tasty and flavoursome but even healthy and nutritious too. I hope you too love it as much as we did.
- Garlic Butter 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil for cooking
- Spinach ( 1 bunch )
Ginger(chopped) 2 tbsp
Garlic(whole and chopped) – 1 and half cup
Onions(chopped) 1 Cup
Coriander leaves ( 1 bunch )
Mint leaves ( 1 bunch )
- Green chillies 5 Numbers
15 Lady Fingers ( Washed , dried and cut into diagonal pieces and fry )
Salt to taste
- Half tsp of Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp of Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp of Chilly fakes
- Half tsp sugar
Marinate the lady finger with the turmeric , chilly powder and chilly fakes and fry it in Olive oil till its nicely crispy fried. Keep aside.
In a vessel , add in water and the spinach. Once it starts boiling , switch off the flame and remove the spinach out and keep aside.
Now in a vessel add in olive oil and once it is hot , add in ginger , half cup garlic , onions and fry well. Once fried , switch off the flame and add in green chillies , spinach , mint leaves and coriander leaves. Stir well. Once it is cooled. Blend it in the blender till a fine paste.
Now in a vessel , switch on the flame, add in garlic butter and 1 cup of garlic. Cook it well.
Once it is cooked well , add in the paste which we blended before and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add in the sugar and stir well.
Add in the lady fingers , stir carefully so that we don’t smash the lady fingers and switch off the flame after a minute.
Garnish it with mint leaves and yes serve it hot.
Best with rice or garlic naan , yummy…
